Refund Policy
At Blu Peach Group, we are committed to providing high-quality services. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we aim to accommodate our customers wherever possible. Please review our refund policy carefully. 1. Travel Services - Cancellations made 60+ days prior to the start of the trip: Full refund, minus any non-refundable deposits or third-party fees (e.g., airline tickets, hotel reservations). - Cancellations made 30-59 days prior to the start of the trip: 50% refund of the total amount paid, excluding non-refundable fees. - Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the start of the trip: No refunds will be issued. - Non-refundable deposits: All deposits made to secure bookings are non-refundable unless specified otherwise. 2. Event Management Services - Cancellations made 45+ days before the event date: Full refund, minus any non-refundable third-party costs or deposits. - Cancellations made 15-44 days before the event date: 50% refund, excluding non-refundable costs. - Cancellations made less than 15 days before the event date: No refunds. 3. Marketing Services - Cancellation of ongoing marketing projects: Pro-rated refunds will be provided for services that have not yet been rendered, minus any costs incurred up to the cancellation date. - Completed services: No refunds will be issued for fully completed and delivered marketing services. 4. Force Majeure In the event of circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics), Blu Peach Group will offer rescheduling options or credit for future services. Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis. 5. Refund Processing Refunds will be processed within 14 business days after the cancellation request has been approved. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method unless otherwise arranged. 6. Non-Refundable Fees Certain fees (such as third-party vendor costs, government permits, and service fees) are non-refundable under all circumstances and will be clearly communicated at the time of booking. 7. Changes and Amendments Blu Peach Group reserves the right to amend this policy at any time. Customers will be notified of significant changes in writing.
